The Committee to Reform Niagara (CRN) is an Independent Expenditure Committee, organized and operated in accordance with the New York State Election Law. An independent expenditure committee is a political committee that only makes independent expenditures and does not coordinate with any candidate, candidate’s authorized committee or an agent of the candidate as defined by state law.

 

Our goal as an organization is to educate voters on important issues in Niagara County, expose hidden truths and relationships that are detracting from good government and promote civic engagement and involvement among our citizens.

CRN is non-partisan in nature, and our mission is to follow the truth wherever it may lead us.

Initial funding for CRN was provided from campaign funds belonging to former Senator George Maziarz, a Republican, who represented Niagara County in the State Senate for two decades (1995-2015).
