The Chief Operating Officer and the Head of Security are felons and deviants!
 

The Chief Operating Officer Scott Kiedrowski and the Head of Security Daniel Wood had several complaints filed against them from bartenders and staff at Batavia Downs. 

 

Between the two of them, the complaints were:

• Mr. Wood copping a feel on a subordinate while “measuring” her for uniforms

• Texting a coworker that was engaged telling her she’s beautiful, asking to run away together, saying they should get married, and stating her fiance does not deserve her. 

• Hugging female coworkers and rubbing their back, without their consent.

• Texting bartenders late at night after their shift ended.

• Texting bartenders and inviting them to the back office for a back massage.

• Pressuring bartenders to go to Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres games alone with them in the luxury suites. 

• Calling bartenders dirty nicknames like “special T”

• Kiedrowski asked female employees to bring them lunch alone in the back office.
   

Yet when Scott Kiedrowski and Daniel Wood were accused of making inappropriate advances on their employees, Mr. Wood got a promotion and became the Chief of Security! And Mr. Kiedrowski got a $190,000 pay raise. Not bad for a guy with only a high school diploma!

 

As though this isn't scummy enough, the supervisors at Batavia Downs stole tips from the bartenders! Scott Kiedrowski makes over $190,000 a year, how gross!

 

Lest you think this abuse does not go all the way to the top - when one of the bartenders that was put through all of this complained to CEO Henry Wojtaszek, she was fired.
